Dan has always been interested in the intersection of food and community. At an early age he would help his Mother prepare food in the kitchen for large family parties & holidays and events at our local Steiner School & Synagogue in New Zealand. From this he learned about the importance of food to community, its at the centre.
Later in life Dan became a software developer and started a creative agency Bamboo Creative, and while living in Sweden cooking became an important activity grounded in the real rather than digital life.
Food is fun and endlessly challenging.
